Current to 11 Oct 26Nell Ashcombe invited Gareth Pugh to meet BB-Demo at the London data leaders conference on 13 Mar 2024, aiming to discuss security. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Nell wrote directly to Gareth because security had not been discussed with him. She offered to hold a set time on the stand and to bring answers from the right person afterwards.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so his position is not shown.
Next: the thread shows no booked time. The security position relies on the brain running in the customer's own Snowflake account, which matters for any Enterprise security review.

- Nell Ashcombe 6 Mar 2024 08:10Dear Gareth, I'm writing to invite you to the data leaders conference in London on Wednesday 13 Mar 2024, where BB-Demo will have a stand. I'm copying no one in, as I thought a direct note was fairer. We've not spoken much about security, and as Head of IT Security you'll want to ask different questions from the people in data and CRM. That's the conversation I'd most like to have. The short version of our position: the brain is built and run inside the customer's own Snowflake account, so the data stays where your own controls already apply. I'd rather you test that claim in person than take it from an email. Bring the hardest questions you have. If I can't answer one on the spot, I'll say so and get you the answer from the right person afterwards. I'll be on the stand for much of the day. If you'd like a set time, tell me what suits and I'll hold it. Best, Nell
