Tom Ashdown proposed Starter with implementation and first year for £28,000. Chris Openshaw said it looks solid but asked about data security and contract length. Tom answered both; no further customer reply in the thread.

Ask: Chris Openshaw, the Managing Director, wanted clarity on data security and what contract length Trevanion would be signing up for before going further.

Customer view: He called the proposal "solid", so the price and scope were not the stated obstacle. The open points were security and term.

Next: Tom explained the one-year term with annual renewal unless either party opts out, and that the brain runs inside the customer's own Snowflake account. He offered full details and a call. The thread does not show whether Trevanion signed.

Hi Ian and Chris, As we discussed, here's what we're proposing for Trevanion. You'd have the Starter package with implementation and the first year, running from when you sign. The total investment comes to £28,000 including setup and training for your team. I've sent the full proposal to your email. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers, Tom

Tom, We've reviewed it. This looks solid, but we need to understand a bit more about the data security side and what we're signing up for in terms of the contract length. Can you clarify those points? Chris

Chris, Good questions. The contract runs for one year and then renews annually unless either party opts out. On security, we run everything inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays in your environment. I'll send through the full details, but happy to talk through anything on a call. Cheers, Tom

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
