Tom Ashdown sent an Enterprise proposal of £155,000 total value, not an annual figure. Eleanor Whitlock wants the subscription and implementation split in writing and the security review first. 18 Dec 2026 is a signature target only.

Ask: Eleanor needs the written split because finance will ask for it. She also wants data lineage and connector access documented with a source she can show the board.

Customer view: She did not object to the proposal but put security ahead of it. Tom promised the split early the following week and a review pack of documents.

Next: 18 Dec 2026 is pencilled in for signature and holds only if security is comfortable. The thread does not show whether the split was sent.

Hi Eleanor, Thanks for your time this morning. As promised, the proposal for the Enterprise tier is attached. The total value is £155,000, and I'll be clear that this is the whole proposal, so it is not an annual subscription figure. I'll confirm exactly how it splits between the subscription and implementation so there's no confusion. If you can let me know what your security team needs, leave that with me and I'll get it turned round. Best, Tom

Dear Tom, Thank you, received. Two points before I can take this any further internally. First, yes, please send the split between subscription and implementation in writing. Our finance team will ask for it straight away. Second, the security review has to come first. What's the lineage for the data the brain holds, and where is each connector's access documented? I am not able to accept an answer without a source I can show the board. Best regards, Eleanor

Hi Eleanor, Fair points, both. I'll get the written split over to you early next week, and I'd rather confirm it properly than quote from memory. On security, I'm asking our team to put together the review pack, including how lineage is recorded for each connected system. It'll come as documents, not just my say-so, so your team can check it themselves. For planning only, we have 18 Dec 2026 pencilled in as a target for signature. No pressure on that date, and it only holds if your security team is comfortable first. No drama if it moves. Best, Tom
