Current to 11 Oct 26Tom Ashdown asked Eleanor Whitlock for a proposal walkthrough. She agreed, will bring two evaluation colleagues, but cannot commit until her security team sees how the brain sits in their Snowflake account.
Ask: Tom wanted a walkthrough of the proposal rather than sending a document. Eleanor replied on 14 Sep 2026 that a walkthrough would be welcome, with a slot to be confirmed.
Customer view: from a governance standpoint she cannot commit until the security team has seen the architecture. She asked for the architecture note ahead of the session.
Next: send the note before the session and wait for Eleanor to confirm the slot.

- Tom Ashdown 9 Sep 2026 10:36Hi Eleanor, Hope your week is going alright. Thanks again for the time on our last call, it was really useful to hear how client service and distribution each see a client today. I've pulled the proposal together and I'd like to walk you through it rather than just fire a document over. Could we get something in the diary for sometime in the next couple of weeks? Forty-five minutes should do it. If it helps, bring whoever else on your evaluation team wants to see it. Let me know what suits and I'll send an invite. Best, Tom
- Eleanor Whitlock 14 Sep 2026 12:34Dear Tom, Apologies for the delay in replying; it has been a busy few days on our side. A walkthrough would be welcome. I would suggest the week after next, ideally a morning, and I will bring two colleagues from the evaluation team. One caveat: from a governance standpoint, I cannot commit to anything until our security team has had sight of how the brain sits inside our Snowflake account. Could you send the architecture note ahead of the session so they can read it first? I will confirm the exact slot once I have their diaries. Best regards, Eleanor
