Current to 11 Oct 26After discovery, Tom Ashdown positioned Enterprise with a working deal figure of £155,000. Julian Ferrers asked about refresh-failure risk and sector references, and wants the security review before any commercial discussion.
Ask: Tom proposes a demo on Rookhaven's own data and security material. His £155,000 is a total deal value including the one-off implementation fee, not an annual price, and 18 Dec 2026 is only a planned decision date.
Customer view: Julian, the COO, wants the operational risk of a failed nightly refresh or stale data set out plainly, asks who else in the sector uses BB-Demo, and puts security before commercials.
Next: Tom commits to a security pack, a note on refresh failures and Enterprise service credits, and a check on references. The thread does not show these being sent.

- Tom Ashdown 9 Jun 2026 15:09Hi Eleanor, hi Julian, Thanks both for your time on the discovery call. Useful for us, and I hope for you. As I understood it, the aim is to give client service and distribution one view of each client, with a lineage the board and the regulator can rely on. Enterprise is the tier that fits that, as it covers a company-wide rollout, single sign-on and the security review support. For planning, the working figure on our side is £155,000. That is the total deal value and includes the one-off implementation fee, not an annual price. I'll confirm the split in writing before anything goes near procurement. We have pencilled in 18 Dec 2026 as a target for a decision, but that's only a plan and it moves with your own process. Next step from me: a demo on your own data, plus the security material so Julian's team can start their review. Let me know who should receive it. Best, Tom
- Julian Ferrers 10 Jun 2026 12:50Tom, Thank you. Two points. First, what is the operational risk to us if the nightly refresh fails or the data goes stale? Please set that out plainly. Second, who else uses you in our sector? I would like to see the security review first, before any commercial discussion. Please send it to Eleanor, who will coordinate with our procurement and security teams. Julian Ferrers
- Tom Ashdown 12 Jun 2026 17:10Julian, Eleanor, Thanks for the steer, Julian. Understood on the order: security first, commercials after. I've asked our solutions engineer to pull together the security pack, and a short note on how refresh failures are handled and what service credits apply at Enterprise. On references in your sector, I'll check what I can share and come back to you rather than guess. Leave that with me. Eleanor, I'll send the pack to you directly so you can route it to procurement and security as you see fit. Cheers, Tom
