Laura Penhaligon asked Tyler Nguyen for slots to walk through the Salesforce connector setup. Tyler replied on 24 Jun 2026 offering Thursday 09:00 or Friday 10:00. Admin rights are still undecided.

Ask: Laura wanted a working session on the Salesforce connector and asked Tyler to bring a list of custom objects. She also asked who else needs admin access under the forty licensed Growth users.

Customer view: Tyler apologised for the slow reply because of a release on his side. He offered two slots, preferred Thursday, and said admin rights are still being checked with a colleague.

Next: The thread does not show which slot was confirmed.

Hi Tyler, Following our call, I'd like to get the next onboarding working session in the diary. The main aim is to walk through the Salesforce connector setup with you, since you'll be the person who knows which objects and fields matter most to your reps. It would help if you could bring a list of any custom objects you want the brain to index, and let me know who else on your side needs access to the admin settings. We have forty users licensed under the Growth tier, so we can set up roles for everyone in one go. Could you send me two or three slots next week that suit you? Mornings in Chicago work well for me, as it's afternoon here. Kind regards, Laura Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo

Hi Laura, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy few days with a release on our side. How about Thursday at 09:00 or Friday at 10:00 our time? Either should work, though Thursday is a bit safer for me. I'll pull together the custom object list before then. I'm still checking with Lauren on who should get admin rights, so I may have to come back to you on that part. Thanks, Tyler
