Ask: Lewis wanted to know whether anything blocked progress. He said Hannah Lowe would send the security questionnaire to the customer's IT team, to run in parallel with the contract.
Customer view: Markus reported no blockers and said IT can begin as soon as the questionnaire arrives. He confirmed the customer is also aiming to have everything signed by mid-April.
Next: The thread does not show that the questionnaire was sent or that anyone signed. Lena Becker, Head of Client Services, did not reply herself.

Hannah will be sending over our security questionnaire next week for your IT team, and we'll run through that in parallel with the contract.
