Current to 11 Oct 26Olivia Grant traced a Salesforce connector sync failure to permissions changed at Skovdal's end. Ida Bech confirmed on 23 Dec 2025 that the permissions were fixed after one chase.
Ask: Olivia asked Ida to check that the API user still had field-level read access on the accounts object.
Customer view: Ida was cooperative but took four days to confirm, and Olivia had to chase once. The fix was on the customer side.
Next: Olivia should confirm the next refresh pulled data cleanly, as the thread does not show it.

- Olivia Grant 19 Dec 2025 17:20Hi Ida, I've been looking at the error logs on your account and I think the issue is with the Salesforce connector permissions. It looks like a change at your end may have broken the sync. Can you check with your Salesforce admin to confirm the API user still has field-level read access on the accounts object? That's what we need to pull through the data. Once that's sorted, the next refresh should pull through cleanly. Best, Olivia

- Olivia Grant 22 Dec 2025 17:43Hi Ida, Just following up on that permissions check. Have you been able to touch base with your Salesforce admin? I'm keen to get this resolved before the new year. Best, Olivia
