What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After the review, Mats Eklund said he cannot agree the renewal until he has the return on the 160 licences and next year's cost. Hollie Grieve will send a one-page summary and Tom Ashdown holds the paperwork.
Ask: Mats wants the return on the 160 licences in terms he can set against the e-commerce budget, and the position for next year.
Customer view: He will look at the renewal only after those numbers and cannot agree anything before then.
Next: Hollie will send a one-page summary of questions asked and who asks them, and set out what the £103,000 annual subscription covers. Tom holds the renewal paperwork until Mats has the numbers.

- Hollie Grieve 21 May 2026 09:25Hi all, Thank you for making the time for the review. A short note of where we got to, so we all have the same picture. Usage is steady. Active users are broadly flat on the previous quarter, against 160 licensed users on your Enterprise subscription. There were two support tickets in the last 30 days, neither of them high priority. The current term ends on 31 May 2026, so the renewal is the next thing to settle. Tom is copied and will pick that up with you directly. Mats, I would like to put the value of the brain in front of you in a form you can use with the store-investment plan. Tell me what would be most useful and I will build it. - Mats Eklund 21 May 2026 11:50Hollie, Thank you. Send me the numbers first. What is the return on the 160 licences, in terms I can set against the e-commerce budget? And next year? I will look at the renewal once I have those. I am not able to agree anything before then. Mats Eklund, CFO

I will send you a one-page summary of questions asked, who is asking them and how that has moved over the term. I will also set out what your £103,000 annual subscription covers, so the comparison with next year is like for like. Karin and Linnea, if there are examples from the stores that you are happy to share, they would help the summary. Tom will hold the renewal paperwork until Mats has had the numbers. Best, Hollie
