Esther Quaye proposed a three-part QBR agenda including the contract running to 31 May 2026. Karin Sjöberg agreed, asked for connector usage to be shown and will bring store managers. The renewal itself was not discussed by the customer.

Ask: Esther Quaye proposed covering usage across customer service, e-commerce and store feedback, what is useful or missing, and a look ahead including the contract, which runs to 31 May 2026.

Customer view: Karin Sjöberg liked starting with how teams use it and wants two store managers to bring real examples. She asked for a view of the most used connectors.

Next: Esther will add connector usage and questions asked by team, and send afternoon options. The customer did not respond on the renewal.

Hello Karin, I hope the week has started well. I'd like to set up the next quarterly business review for Lindqvarn, and I wanted to share a proposed shape before we pick a date, just so we're aligned. My suggestion is that we cover three things. First, how the brain is being used across customer service, e-commerce and store feedback, including who is asking the most questions. Second, what the stores and the wider team have found useful, and what is still missing. Third, a look ahead at the coming months, including your contract, which runs to 31 May 2026. Usage has grown well since the start of the autumn, which is lovely to see, and I would like to make sure the review reflects that properly. I've logged a few open points from our last call as well, so we can close those out. Could you tell me who you would like in the session and which days suit you best? I'm happy to work around the stores. Many thanks, Esther Esther Quaye Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo

Hello Esther, Thank you, this is a good structure. I especially like that we begin with how the teams use it, because that is what the store managers care about most. We should anchor the second part on real examples from the stores, so I will ask two store managers to bring one example each. I would like to invite a colleague from customer service and a colleague from e-commerce too. Let us think about the date together with them. I believe later in the week is better for most of us, and I would prefer the afternoon. One question: can the review include a short view of which connectors are most used? I think it would help the discussion. Vänliga hälsningar, Karin

Hello Karin, Thank you, that's very helpful. I've logged all of it. Yes, I can include a view of connector usage, and I'll also add a short section on the questions asked by team so the review shows where the value is landing. I'll ask our team to prepare it ahead of the session. I'll send two or three afternoon options later in the week once I've checked diaries on our side, and you can take them to your colleagues. If you could send me the names of the store managers joining, I'll make sure they receive the invitation directly. Many thanks, Esther
