Current to 11 Oct 26After the 26 Aug 2025 demo, underwriter Cian Farrell said searching referrals alongside claims history would save time each week. He asked whether each person's view can be limited by role.
Ask: Cian wants an underwriter to see a broker's recent claims and policy queries in one place. He also asked whether underwriters can be kept from seeing everything the claims team sees.
Customer view: Positive on the time saving. The access question is a condition he flagged, and Siobhán Dunne may add views.
Next: Hannah Lowe was to answer the referrals and connector questions in writing.

- Lewis Kerr 26 Aug 2025 15:04Hi Siobhán, Cian, Thanks for your time this afternoon. It was useful to see broker activity, policy queries and claims tickets side by side on your own data, and I think the questions you both asked showed where the value would sit for you. To put a number on it, the Growth proposal we discussed comes to £53,800 as a total deal value, and I'll set out exactly what makes that up in the written proposal so nothing is ambiguous. Prices are quoted plus VAT. We're working towards a decision by 26 Sep 2025, but that is a target, not a deadline. Two things from my notes: Cian, you wanted to know how underwriting referrals could be searched alongside the claims history, and Siobhán, you asked which connectors would be live first. Hannah is copied and will answer both in writing. I'll send that over today if there is anything else you want in the proposal. Just reply here. Kind regards, Lewis
- Cian Farrell 26 Aug 2025 15:18Hi Lewis, Thanks for the summary. The referrals point is the main one for me. If an underwriter can pull up the broker's recent claims and the policy queries in one place, that would save a fair amount of time each week. One extra question: can we limit what each person sees, so that underwriters don't see everything the claims team sees? Siobhán will probably have views on that too. Regards, Cian
