Laura Penhaligon and Ilse de Graaf agree a Thursday 14:00 training session for the account managers on their own shipper accounts. Ilse is checking that Pieter is happy for the whole team to join.

Ask: Laura wants a working session on the customer's own shipper accounts. Ilse chooses Thursday afternoon because Tuesday is the weekly shipper review, and asks to start at 14:00.

Customer view: Ilse expects some account managers to bring a real shipper case. Laura welcomes this.

Next: Laura sends an agenda on Wednesday and adds anything Pieter asks for.

Hi Ilse, Following our call, I would like to book the training session for your account managers. The idea is a working session on your own shipper accounts: how to find an account, see its exception tickets and calls together, and ask the brain a question in plain English. Could you let me know which half-day suits your team best next week? I can do Tuesday or Thursday afternoon. If it helps, I can also keep it to a shorter session so nobody is away from their desk for long. Best, Laura Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo

Hi Laura, Thanks, that works. Thursday afternoon is better for us, Tuesday is our weekly shipper review so people are busy. Could we start at 14:00? I will check with Pieter that he is happy for the whole team to join. I think a couple of the account managers will want to bring a real shipper case, is that okay? Kind regards, Ilse

Hi Ilse, Thursday at 14:00 is fine, I have put it in my diary. Real shipper cases are exactly what I was hoping for, so please do ask people to bring them. It makes the session much more useful than my demo examples. I will send a short agenda on Wednesday. Let me know if Pieter wants anything added. Best, Laura
