What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26CRM data is flowing and first answers look sensible. Exception tickets are not linked to shipper accounts, likely because helpdesk short names differ from CRM legal names. Bas Vermeulen offered slots and a list of differing names.
Ask: Laura wants a session on the helpdesk connection to fix why exception tickets are not linked to the right shipper accounts.
Customer view: Bas agreed the name matching is likely the cause and will prepare a short list of shippers where names differ. He offered Thursday or Friday afternoon.
Next: hold the session and apply matching rules, then close the open ticket.

- Laura Penhaligon 12 May 2025 12:48Hi Bas, Thanks for the call this morning. The CRM data is flowing nicely and the first questions are coming back with sensible answers, which is a good sign. For the next session I would like to look at the helpdesk connection and see why the exception tickets are not yet linked to the right shipper accounts. I think it is a matching issue on the account names, but I want to look at it with you before I say so for certain. Could you suggest a slot this week or next? I would also like you to raise the one ticket you sent us, so we can close it properly once the matching is fixed. Best, Laura
- Bas Vermeulen 13 May 2025 17:01Hi Laura, Good to hear. The account name matching is likely the problem, yes. Our helpdesk uses short names for some shippers and the CRM has the full legal names. I can do Thursday or Friday this week, either in the afternoon. If neither works, early next week is fine too. I will pull a short list of the shippers where the names differ, so we do not have to hunt for them during the session. Groet, Bas
