Logistical thread: Callie Brennan asked for an onboarding session on source connections before the refresh is switched on. Leanne Moss chose Thursday at 14:00 and flagged possible IT delay on helpdesk access.

Ask: Callie needs an hour with screen sharing, written admin credentials for the CRM and helpdesk, and someone who knows how client bookings are recorded.

Customer view: Leanne agreed quickly and will bring an account manager for the booking data. She may need a colleague in IT to approve helpdesk access.

Next: Leanne confirms credentials before the session and says if IT holds anything up.

Hi Leanne, Thanks for being the point of contact on the Fairhallow side. I'd like to get the next onboarding working session in the diary this week, so we can walk through the source connections before we switch on the refresh. What I need from your side is: - an hour with you on a call, ideally with screen sharing - the admin credentials for your CRM and the helpdesk, sent in writing beforehand - anyone in the team who knows how client bookings are recorded, even if they only join for the first part I can do Wednesday or Thursday afternoon, either from 14:00 or from 15:00. Let me know which suits and I'll send the invite. Thanks, Callie

Hi Callie, Thursday at 14:00 works for me. I'll ask one of the account managers to join for the booking data part. I'll get the credentials sorted before then, though I may need to check with a colleague in IT on the helpdesk access. I'll let you know if that holds anything up. Kind regards, Leanne
