Ask: Rachel sent the renewal invoice on 17 Nov 2025 with net £51,000, VAT £10,200 and gross £61,200, due 17 Dec 2025. She asked Karen to confirm any PO number to quote.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so the evidence does not show whether the PO was supplied or the invoice paid.
Note: the invoice is for 60 licensed users, above the 40 included in Growth. The thread does not show how the extra users are priced.

Net amount: £51,000 VAT: £10,200 Gross amount: £61,200 The invoice was issued on 17 Nov 2025 and payment is due on 17 Dec 2025. It covers the term running on from 30 Nov 2025 and is for 60 licensed users. Could you confirm the PO number you would like quoted on it? If one is needed, I will reissue a copy straight away.
