Current to 11 Oct 26Daniel Okafor gave formal notice that the Growth subscription renews at term end on 30 Nov 2025. Stuart Kenyon asked what it saves and said he will follow Ruth's view of whether it works.
Ask: Daniel noted 60 licensed users at £46,600 a year, said Tom aims to have the renewal signed by 10 Nov 2025, and asked for half an hour with Stuart and Ruth.
Customer view: Stuart asked "what does it save us?" and will defer to Ruth. The renewal is not rejected, but it needs a value case that Ruth can vouch for.
Next: the thread does not show Ruth's role or the renewal outcome.

- Daniel Okafor 1 Sep 2025 11:31Dear Stuart, Just a short note to let you know that your Growth subscription comes up for renewal at the end of the current term on 30 Nov 2025. Under the agreement that is the formal notice, so nothing is needed from you today. Currently you have 60 licensed users on the contract at £46,600 a year. Tom has the renewal paperwork open on our side and is aiming to have it signed by 10 Nov 2025, which leaves comfortable room before the term ends. I would like to find half an hour with you and Ruth in the next few weeks to look at how the team is finding it and agree what you want from the next year. I'll come back to you by the end of the week with a couple of times. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
- Stuart Kenyon 1 Sep 2025 13:53Daniel, Thanks for the notice. Keep it simple: what does it save us? Ruth will tell me if it's working and I'll go with her view. Send the times over and we'll find a slot. Mornings are best for me. Stuart
