Current to 11 Oct 26Callie Brennan and Jas Dhillon book the sales engineer training for Thursday at 10:00. Jas brings two other sales engineers, Ruth may join, and he set out the questions he wants answered. Mainly logistical, with a clear use case.
Ask: Callie wanted a slot, attendees and two or three real questions. Jas gave Thursday at 10:00 and two questions: repeat quality tickets on the same part with the last call, and an order beside its tickets.
Customer view: Jas is engaged and specific about what he wants to see.
Next: Callie builds the walkthrough around his questions, sends an agenda the day before and leaves a written setup note.

- Callie Brennan 21 Jan 2025 15:50Hi Jas, Following our call, I'd like to get the training session for your sales engineers in the diary. The plan is about an hour, covering how to search calls, how to ask the brain about a customer's open quality tickets, and how to pull an order history into one view. What I need from your side is a day and time that suits you, and a rough idea of who will attend. I can do Tuesday or Thursday next week, either 10:00 or 14:00. It would also help if you could send me two or three real questions you would want answered, so I can build the session around them. Thanks, Callie
- Jas Dhillon 22 Jan 2025 14:59Callie, Thursday at 10:00 works for me. I should be able to get two other sales engineers in the room, and Ruth may join for the first half. Questions I'd like covered: which customers have had a repeat quality ticket on the same part, and what was said on the last call with them. Also whether we can see an order and its tickets side by side. Regards, Jas
- Callie Brennan 23 Jan 2025 16:07Hi Jas, That's booked: Thursday at 10:00, an hour, with you, the two other sales engineers and Ruth for the first half. Both of your questions map cleanly to what the brain already holds, so I will build the walkthrough around them. I'll send a short agenda the day before, and I'll leave you a written setup note afterwards so the team can carry on without me. Thanks, Callie
