What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Tom Ashdown sent the Growth tier proposal at £51,600 including implementation. Managing Director Stuart Kenyon asked what it saves. Tom promised a value case built from Ruth's team's input.
Ask: Stuart asked for the saving in a couple of lines, something he can point at. Ruth was left to check the systems list.
Customer view: Stuart wants simplicity and evidence of value, not detail. Ruth, not Stuart, will tell him if it works.
Next: Tom to build a saving case from what Ruth's team does now. He will also update the proposal after Ruth's systems list, aiming for 25 Oct 2024.

- Tom Ashdown 27 Aug 2024 15:17Hi Ruth, Hi Stuart, Thanks for your time on the call. Good to hear how the orders, quality tickets and sales-engineer calls sit in different places at the moment, and how much of Ruth's week goes on pulling them together by hand. As promised, the proposal is attached. It is for the Growth tier, built and run inside your own Snowflake account. The total value of the deal is £51,600, which includes the one-off implementation fee. I'll confirm the exact split with our finance team before anything goes to paper, so please treat that as the headline figure only. Two asks. Ruth, could you check the list of systems we'd connect and tell me if I've missed any? Stuart, if you can have a look at the summary page and tell me what questions it raises, that would be great. No need to read the lot. Let's get something in the diary for next week if it helps. Best, Tom Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BB-Demo
- Stuart Kenyon 29 Aug 2024 16:30Tom, Read the summary page. Keep it simple, that's all I ask. Main question: what does it save us? Ruth will tell me if it's working, but I need to see something I can point at. Fewer hours chasing, fewer quality issues missed, whatever it is. Can you put that in a couple of lines? Ruth, over to you on the systems list. Stuart
- Tom Ashdown 3 Sep 2024 12:48Hi both, Thanks Stuart, fair question and no drama. Here's the short version. Today your team reconciles orders, quality tickets and engineer calls by hand. With the brain, those sit in one place and you ask it questions instead. The saving is the time that reconciling takes, plus quality issues surfacing earlier because they're no longer buried in a separate system. I don't want to put a number on it from memory, so I'll build it from what Ruth's team tells me they do now and send it over. Ruth, whenever you've had a look at the systems list, send it back with any changes and I'll update the proposal. We're still aiming for 25 Oct 2024 to get this agreed, so there's time, but let's not leave it to the last week. Cheers, Tom
