What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After the demo Tom Ashdown quoted a working Growth tier value of £51,600 and a 25 Oct 2024 target. Nathan Booth asked about data location, source systems and access. Tom promised Hannah's written answers.
Ask: Nathan raised three questions: nothing copied out of the Snowflake account, which systems can be read, and who can see what.
Customer view: Nathan is engaged and technical, and his questions centre on data control and audiences for quality tickets and orders.
Next: Hannah Lowe to answer the systems and access points in writing that week. The £51,600 is a working number, not confirmed.

- Tom Ashdown 25 Jul 2024 17:08Hi Ruth, hi Nathan, Thanks for your time on the demo. It was useful to see the brain running on your own orders and quality tickets, and I thought the questions from both of you were sharp. As promised, here's where we are. We've pencilled in the Growth tier for Dunholm, with a total deal value of £51,600. I'll confirm the final figure in writing when the proposal goes over, so please treat that as a working number for now. The main thing I need from you is any technical questions Nathan has, so Hannah can answer them properly. I'd like to get everything settled in good time for Friday 25 October 2024, which is the date we've pencilled in. Best, Tom
- Nathan Booth 26 Jul 2024 11:54Hi Tom, Thanks for the demo. A few points from my side: 1. Confirm that everything sits inside our own Snowflake account and nothing is copied out of it. 2. Which of our systems the brain can read from, and whether we need to change anything on our side first. 3. Who can see what, since quality tickets and customer orders have different audiences here. Happy to jump on a call with Hannah if that's quicker. Nathan
- Tom Ashdown 29 Jul 2024 10:24Hi Nathan, Thanks, those are the right questions to ask. On the first one, yes: the brain is built and run inside your own Snowflake account. Hannah will put the detail in writing so you've got something you can show your IT colleagues. On the other two, I'd rather Hannah answers than me guessing, so she'll come back to you directly this week with the systems and access detail. Leave that with me. Ruth, I'll keep you copied so you can see where it lands. Best, Tom
