Current to 11 Oct 26Marcus Bell's QBR note says active users are well below the 40 licensed and down a little on last quarter, with no open tickets. The term runs to 30 Apr 2027. There is no customer response in the thread.
Summary of QBR: usage is down, support is quiet, Helen will gather the account managers' priority questions, and nothing changes in the contract. Marcus copied Jordan Pike so Andrew Pickering has a named commercial contact.
Customer view: not shown, as neither Helen nor Andrew replied. The note says a named commercial contact matters to Andrew.
Next: send usage by team and book thirty minutes to review it.

- Marcus Bell 21 Sep 2026 08:03Hi Helen, hi Andrew, Thanks both for your time on the QBR. Here's a short note of where we got to, so we all have the same version. - Usage: the number of active people is still well below the 40 licensed users, and it's down a little on the previous quarter. I've pulled the numbers by team and will send them over. - Support: no open tickets at the moment. - Value: Helen is going to ask the key-account managers which questions they would most like the brain to answer for them per trust, so we can point training at those. - Contract: nothing changes for now. The current term runs to 30 Apr 2027. I've copied Jordan from our commercial side so that Andrew has a named contact at BB-Demo for anything on the commercial side, which I know matters to you, Andrew. Shall we book thirty minutes in a few weeks to look at the usage breakdown together? Happy to work around your diaries. Thanks, Marcus
