- Bethan Lister 14 May 2026 17:10Hi Lee, I've picked this up following your request earlier this week. Just so I've got this right: the problem was with what you were seeing for your NHS trust accounts in the brain, and it has been a hindrance when you are preparing for trust conversations. We have made a change on our side. Can you try the following and tell me what you see? 1. Log out of the brain and sign back in. 2. Open one of your usual trust pages. 3. Run the same question you ran when it went wrong. If you still see anything odd, send me the exact wording on the screen and I'll look at it with you. Thanks, Bethan
- Lee Garside 15 May 2026 17:33Hi Bethan, Thanks for the steps. I tried them this afternoon and it looks right now. The trust page loads as I would expect and the answer matches what I have in my own notes. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and come back to you if it changes. Appreciate the quick turnaround. Regards, Lee Lee Garside Key Account Manager, NHS
