I've pulled the numbers and a few notes, so you have them in one place: - Usage is up on the previous quarter, and the key-account managers are the ones driving it. - Orders and delivery queries are the questions asked most, which fits why you brought the brain in. - You have 40 licensed users, so there is plenty of headroom if you want to bring in more of the team. - One support ticket in the last month, now closed. Two things from your side that I took away: you'd like a view of contract renewals per trust, and you want to know which trusts are asking the most delivery questions. That's what the account managers will actually use. - Delivery queries: what's driving that? Is it a few trusts or spread across all of them? I'll take that to the account managers. Also, the contract ends on 30 Apr 2026, so I'd like to get that tidied away early. Who should I speak to on the paperwork?
