Logistical thread: Marcus Bell books the next QBR with Helen Varley. She picks Tuesday afternoon, asks for usage broken down by trust and wants Sunita on the call. Marcus confirms the invite.

Ask: Helen wants usage split by trust, because that is what the account managers will want to see. She also asks for Sunita, who looks after the CRM side.

Customer view: Helen welcomes the usage news and engages readily. The account managers appear to be the real audience for the brain's value story.

Next: Marcus sends the invite for Tuesday afternoon and prepares the by-trust breakdown.

Hi Helen, It's time to book the next QBR for Brannock. I've pulled the numbers and usage has picked up nicely over the last few weeks, so I think we have a good story to walk through. What I'd like to cover: - usage across the team, and who is asking the most questions - how the key-account managers are using the brain for trust renewals - anything you want changed or added before the year end Shall we book an hour, ideally early next week? Let me know which days suit you and I'll send an invite. Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Good news on usage, thanks. Early next week works for me. - Monday is tight, I'm with the account managers most of the day - Tuesday afternoon is best - Wednesday morning is a fallback Can you break the usage down by trust, please? That's what the account managers will want to see. I'd also like Sunita on the call as she looks after our CRM side. Thanks, Helen

Hi Helen, Thanks for the steer. I've sent the invite for Tuesday afternoon with Sunita on it, and I'll have the usage broken down by trust so you can take it straight to the account managers. If anything changes before then, just let me know and we can move it. Happy to jump on a call beforehand if you want to go through the pack first. Thanks, Marcus
