What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Marcus Bell asked Helen Varley to book a QBR, citing rising weekly use. Helen agreed, asked for the questions to be shown by trust, and said she would confirm a slot. Logistical thread, positive tone.
Ask: Marcus proposed half an hour for the QBR, covering what account managers ask most, which trusts come up and any gaps in what the brain does.
Customer view: Helen accepted and said rising usage matches what she hears from her team. She wants the questions shown by trust and will check who among the account managers can attend.
Next: Helen is to confirm a slot the next day. The evidence does not show the QBR date.

- Marcus Bell 12 Sep 2024 16:11Hi Helen, I've pulled the numbers for the quarter and there's a nice story in them. More of your team are using the brain week to week, and the key-account managers are asking more questions than they were. Shall we book half an hour for the QBR? I'd like to cover: - what the account managers are asking most - which trusts come up most often - anything you'd like the brain to do that it doesn't yet Happy to jump on a call whenever suits you, and it would be good to have a couple of the key-account managers there if they're free. Thanks, Marcus
- Helen Varley 12 Sep 2024 17:15Marcus, Yes, let's do it. Good to hear usage is up, that matches what I'm hearing from the team. - I'll take it to the account managers and see who can make it - late in the week is best for me - by trust, please, when you show the questions I'll confirm a slot tomorrow. Thanks, Helen
