What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Marcus Bell asked Helen Varley for a check-in after usage among key-account managers rose. Helen agreed and set three questions: delivery queries, which trusts are asked about, and what is driving the usage jump.
Ask: Marcus wanted to cover what the team asks most, what is awkward or missing and what comes next.
Customer view: Helen wants delivery queries shown alongside orders for each account manager. She also wants to explain the usage jump to her team.
Next: Marcus accepted Thursday afternoon and will bring the breakdown by trust.

- Marcus Bell 9 Aug 2024 13:42Hi Helen, Hope the week has been kind. I've pulled the numbers for Brannock and usage among your key-account managers has picked up nicely over the last few weeks, which is good to see. I'd like to book a check-in so we can cover: - what the team is asking the brain most, by trust - anything that is still awkward or missing - what you'd like to see next Shall we book half an hour early next week? Happy to jump on a call whenever suits you. Thanks, Marcus
- Helen Varley 13 Aug 2024 16:46Hi Marcus, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy few days with the trust renewals. Yes to a check-in. Three things from my side: - delivery queries: are they showing up alongside orders for each account manager yet? - which trusts are being asked about most - what's driving the recent jump in usage, so I can tell the account managers Thursday afternoon works for me, or Friday morning if that's easier. Thanks, Helen
- Marcus Bell 14 Aug 2024 10:25Hi Helen, Thursday afternoon is fine for me. I'll send an invite shortly and share my screen so we can go through your three points one by one. I'll bring the breakdown by trust. Thanks, Marcus
