- Callie Brennan 22 May 2024 14:50Hi Sunita, The mapping session went well, and everything we covered maps cleanly. The next step is the first refresh, followed by a walkthrough for you as admin so you can run things on your own. What I need from your side is: - a slot for the first refresh review, ideally within the next few days - confirmation of who else should attend the admin walkthrough - a note of anything in the CRM that changed since our session I'll write up a setup note after the walkthrough so you have it for reference. Which day suits you? Thanks, Callie
- Sunita Bains 23 May 2024 12:56Hi Callie, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy week with the quarter-end orders. I can do tomorrow afternoon for the refresh review, or Monday morning if that's easier for you. For the walkthrough I'd like to bring one of the key-account managers along, as they will be the main users. Nothing has changed in the CRM since we spoke, as far as I know. Sunita
- Callie Brennan 24 May 2024 08:49Hi Sunita, No problem at all. Let's do the refresh review this afternoon at 14:00 if that still works, and I'll send an invite straight after this. Bringing a key-account manager is a good idea. I'll aim the walkthrough at what they will actually ask the brain on a Monday morning. If 14:00 doesn't work, tell me and we'll go for Monday. Thanks, Callie
