Current to 11 Oct 26Callie Brennan asked Sunita Bains for a CRM field-mapping session. Sunita proposed Thursday morning after 10:00, said written access depends on a check with Craig in IT by Wednesday, and will list custom fields for trust contract renewals.
Ask: Callie wants an hour and a half to go through account, contact and opportunity fields one by one, plus written access confirmation and custom field names.
Customer view: Sunita is cooperative and specific. Friday is difficult because she is covering a colleague's leave.
Next: access confirmation depends on Craig in IT approving the permission level.

- Callie Brennan 14 May 2024 09:57Hi Sunita, Thanks for the time on our last call. Here is the plan for the next stage of onboarding. Before we switch on the refresh, I'd like to run a working session with you on the CRM field mapping. It should take about an hour and a half, and I'd like to go through the account, contact and opportunity fields one by one so that nothing is guessed. What I need from your side is: - a time later this week or early next week when you can share your screen - written confirmation of the access you are happy for us to use on the CRM - the names of any custom fields your key-account managers rely on Could you let me know which days suit you? Thanks, Callie
- Sunita Bains 14 May 2024 10:37Hi Callie, Thanks, that's clear. Thursday morning works best for me, anything after 10:00. Friday is difficult as I'm covering a colleague's leave. I'll send the access confirmation in writing before then. I need to check with Craig in IT that he's happy with the permission level, so give me until Wednesday. There are a handful of custom fields for the trust contract renewals. I'll put a list together so we don't miss any. Kind regards, Sunita
