What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Helen Varley agreed to an early-next-week kickoff, mornings only, and asked for orders and delivery queries to be connected first. Call recorder, mailbox and key-account manager names are still to come from her side.
Ask: Callie Brennan asked for CRM read access in writing, the mailbox and call recorder, and the key-account managers who should see the brain first. Helen confirmed the timing and asked what drives the connector order.
Customer view: engaged and cooperative. Her priority is orders and delivery queries, because that is what account managers ask about most.
Next: access to the recorder and mailbox depends on her IT contact, and the manager names are not yet sent.

- Callie Brennan 1 May 2024 17:17Hi Helen, Good to speak earlier. Here is the plan, so we can get the kickoff in the diary. Before we switch on the refresh, what I need from your side is: - Read access for the CRM, in writing, from whoever administers it - Access to the shared mailbox and the call recorder you want connected first - A list of the key-account managers who should see the brain first, by trust Once I have those, I can map your fields and have the first load ready to show at the kickoff. I would suggest the session early next week, about an hour, with you, Sunita and one of the key-account managers if possible. Could you let me know which days suit you? Thanks, Callie
- Helen Varley 3 May 2024 11:24Hi Callie, Thanks for this. Quick reply: - Early next week works. Mornings are best, as the afternoons are taken up with trust calls. - Sunita will sort the CRM access and send it to you in writing. I have asked her already. - Call recorder and mailbox: I'll check with our IT contact and come back to you. - I'll take the list of key-account managers to the team and send you names. One thing: what's driving the order of the connectors? I would like orders and delivery queries in first if we can, as that is what the account managers ask about most. Thanks, Helen
