Current to 11 Oct 26Elena Novak sent Dana Whitaker and Tyler Brooks the written QBR summary: usage up, two tickets handled, a £50,000 subscription to 1 Feb 2027, nothing outstanding. No customer reply in the thread.
Customer view: the thread holds only BB-Demo's account, which reports adoption growing and headroom within the 40 licensed users. Neither Dana nor Tyler has replied, so agreement is not shown.
Commercial: the subscription runs until 1 Feb 2027 and Elena promised to raise renewal well ahead of time. Tyler, the Chief Operating Officer, prefers to stay out of the detail, so the decision-maker is not close to the account.

- Elena Novak 30 Jun 2026 08:21Dear Dana, dear Tyler, Thank you both for your time at the quarterly business review. As agreed, I am sending the written summary so that everyone has the same record. To confirm, the headline is a positive one. Active use of the brain has grown clearly compared with the previous quarter, and the operations team is now asking questions across tenant tickets, lease-renewal calls and service contracts in one place, which is what Wexmoor bought it for. Dana, your team is clearly the driver of this, and I would like to thank them. The points we covered, as I understood them: First, adoption. Usage is rising steadily across the licensed users, and there is still headroom within the 40 licensed users on the Growth tier. I will make sure that we keep an eye on who is asking questions, so that the value does not depend on only a few people. Second, support. There were two tickets in the last month, one of them marked high priority. Both were handled, and I will make sure that you receive a short note from me if anything similar recurs. Third, the commercial position. Your subscription of £50,000 a year runs until 1 Feb 2027, and nothing is outstanding on invoices. There is nothing to decide today. I will come back to you on renewal well ahead of time, and I will not surprise you with anything. Fourth, next steps. Dana, I will send you a proposed date for our next check-in separately, so you can choose a time that suits your team. Tyler, I understand you prefer to stay out of the detail, so I will keep your involvement to the moments that need you, and I will route the day-to-day through Dana. If I have misunderstood anything above, please correct me and I will update the record. Kind regards, Elena Elena Novak Customer Success Manager, EU BB-Demo
