Scheduling your quarterly business review

Dear Dana, It is time to schedule your next quarterly business review, which is part of the Growth tier. I would like to use it to look at what Wexmoor has gained from the brain since you started, and to plan what comes next. To confirm, I propose this agenda: 1. Usage across your 40 licensed users, and who is asking the most questions. 2. The tickets raised in the last few weeks, and how they were handled. 3. Where the brain could help more, for example with your service contracts. 4. Your plans for the rest of the year. Would you be free for about an hour later this week or early next week? Hi Elena, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a busy few days. The agenda looks right to me. The tickets are worth going through, I would like to understand what happened with the more urgent one and be sure it will not come back. I would like a colleague from our finance team to join for the last part, as they will want to see what we are getting for the money. Thursday afternoon would suit us, anytime from 13:00. I will invite your colleague from finance, and I will put the value discussion towards the end so they can join for that part only if they prefer. 3.
