What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Hamza Akhtar again asked Dana Whitaker to book training, citing few logins against 40 licensed users. Dana replied five days later, shared the worry, and asked for an outline and a short Wednesday morning session.
Ask: Hamza proposed a session for operations leads, then one for everyone else, and offered a one-page outline.
Customer view: Dana says she is worried too and that some of the team are unsure what to do with it. She wants sessions of an hour at most and asks what absent staff can look at afterwards.
Next: Dana will return with names. BB-Demo should send the outline and a follow-up resource for non-attenders.

- Hamza Akhtar 25 Mar 2026 11:41Hi Dana, Following up on our last call. We still haven't got the training sessions in the diary, and I'd like to get them booked before the end of next week if we can. I'm a little concerned about adoption, to be honest. You have 40 licensed users, and when I look at the last few weeks only a handful of people are actually logging in. That is quite normal in the first weeks after go-live, but it usually picks up once the wider team has seen how to ask the brain about tenant tickets, lease-renewal calls and service contracts in one place. Without a session or two I suspect it will stay with the same few people. What I'd suggest is a short session for the operations leads first, then a second one for everyone else who will be using it day to day. I can work around your calendar, mornings or afternoons, whichever is easier for your side. Could you let me know which days next week suit, and who you'd like in the room? If it helps, I can send a one-page outline of what we would cover so you can share it with the team beforehand. Thanks, Hamza Hamza Akhtar Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
- Dana Whitaker 30 Mar 2026 08:47Hamza, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a hectic few days here and this slipped down my list. You're right to flag it. I'm worried about it too. I've had a couple of the team say they weren't sure what they were supposed to be doing with it, and I haven't had the time to show them myself. So yes, please do send the outline, and we'll get something booked. I'd rather keep the sessions short, an hour at most, as people here struggle to get away from their desks. The second half of this week is not going to work for me, but the middle of next week should. Wednesday morning would be best if you have it. I'll ask my team leads who can make it and come back to you with names. One question: if someone can't attend, is there anything they can look at afterwards? I don't want half the team missing out.
