Ask: Hamza needs IT on the session to approve permissions so tenant tickets, lease-renewal calls and service contracts can be indexed. He also raised the 40 licensed users.
Customer view: Dana says she is "a little concerned", citing stretched IT and users unsure what to ask. She proposed Thursday at 14:00 and wants a short note on the first month.

Hamza Akhtar 25 Feb 2026 16:59Hi Dana, I hope the week is going well. I wanted to pick up from our last call on onboarding and get the next working session in the diary. The main thing we need to do is connect the remaining sources so the brain can start indexing your tenant tickets, lease-renewal calls and service contracts. For that I need someone from your IT side to be on the session, as there are a few permissions to approve as we go. An hour should do it. I have noticed that only a handful of people have logged in so far. That is quite normal at this stage, but it would be good to talk about which teams should come on next, given the contract covers 40 licensed users. Could you suggest a couple of times next week? Our IT people are stretched at the moment and I could not get anyone to commit to a session last week. A few of my team have tried the brain and said they were not sure what to ask it yet, which is probably why you are seeing so little activity. Could we do Thursday at 14:00? I will try to get someone from IT to join, but I can't promise. If they cannot, could you walk me through what you need approved so I can pass it on in writing? I would also like a short note on what the first month should look like, so I can show my team why it is worth their time.
