Current to 11 Oct 26Following the kickoff call, Dana Whitaker confirms the recap, orders sources as helpdesk then call recorder, with service contracts last. The Snowflake administrator and first users are still unconfirmed.
Customer view: Dana agrees the recap but warns she would not count on Snowflake access yet. She wants helpdesk first, then calls, and the scattered service contracts left until last.
Ask: Hamza needs a named IT administrator and the first group of users from the 40 licensed seats.
Next: Hamza builds the connector plan in that order and waits for names.

- Hamza Akhtar 6 Feb 2026 12:37Hi Dana, Thanks for your time on the kickoff call. Good to hear how your operations team spends its week chasing tenant tickets, lease-renewal conversations and service contracts across different systems. That is exactly the picture we want the brain to clear up. A quick recap of what we agreed, so we are all working from the same page: - Your side: name a Snowflake administrator in IT who can grant us access in your account, and send us the list of sources you want connected first (helpdesk, call recorder, shared drive for the service contracts). - Our side: I will draft the connector plan for the Growth tier and set out the order we load things, starting with whichever source matters most to your team. - Users: you have 40 licensed users, so it would help to know roughly who the first group should be. If I have missed anything from the call, say so and I will correct it. Elena is copied as she looks after the account on our side. Best, Hamza
- Dana Whitaker 11 Feb 2026 15:45Hamza, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a busy week with a couple of lease renewals landing at once. The recap looks right. I have asked a colleague in IT to be the Snowflake administrator, though I have not had a firm answer yet, so I would not count on access just yet. On sources, I think the helpdesk first, then the call recorder. The service contracts are a bit scattered, so let's leave those until last. For users, I'd start with my operations leads and a few property managers. I will send you names once I have spoken to them. Is that enough to get going? Dana
- Hamza Akhtar 11 Feb 2026 18:15Hi Dana, No problem at all, that is plenty to get going. So the plan is helpdesk first, then the call recorder, with the service contracts left until last once we have seen where they live. I will build the connector plan around that order. As soon as your IT colleague is confirmed, send me their name and I will walk them through the access we need. It is a short job if they are familiar with Snowflake. Names for the first group of users can follow whenever you have them. There is no rush on that side. Best, Hamza
