What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Jordan Pike asked Tyler Brooks for a short call on commercial terms and the order form. Tyler agreed to a short call, offering Thursday at 15:00, but wants only the two of them until he sees where terms land.
Ask: Jordan wants thirty minutes on scope, term and rollout, and asked what would make this a yes. Tyler did not answer that question.
Customer view: willing but guarded. He will not commit his team's time until terms are clear.
Next: confirm the Thursday 15:00 call and bring straightforward terms.

- Jordan Pike 11 Dec 2025 10:00Hi Tyler, Thanks for the time on the last call. Here's where we are: the team has what it needs on the use case, and the next step is a conversation about commercial terms and the order form. To be transparent, I'd like to keep it short and focused. Thirty minutes should cover scope, term and how we handle rollout across your portfolios. If your team wants to have someone from finance or operations on the line, that's fine by me, but I don't want to put anything on your calendar without checking with you first. What would make this a yes? If there is a concern you would rather raise before we meet, send it over and I will come prepared. Could you let me know a couple of windows that work for you next week? Thanks, Jordan
- Tyler Brooks 16 Dec 2025 12:52Jordan, Thanks for this. Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a busy few days. What's the bottom line? If the terms are straightforward, I can do a short call. Thursday at 15:00 works, or Friday morning if that is easier for you. Let's keep it moving. I won't commit anyone else's time until I have seen where we land, so for now let's keep it to the two of us. If it goes well I will bring my team in for the detail.
