What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After the demo, Dana Whitaker set three first-phase sources and asked how data leaves her environment. Her IT lead is broadly comfortable but wants a live slice of their data, and the board wants a decision around mid-January.
Ask: Dana wants the proposal and a second session on live data for her IT lead and a couple of regional managers. She also asked that Hannah Lowe answer in writing what leaves the environment.
Customer view: the written note landed well, but the IT lead wants proof on real data, not a sample. The board wants a decision around mid-January, so numbers are needed well before then.
Next: Sophie Ling builds the proposal around the three sources and arranges the live-data session.

- Sophie Ling 17 Oct 2025 19:41Hi Dana, Thanks for making the time for the demo. It was useful to see the brain running on a sample of your tenant tickets and lease-renewal calls, and I thought your questions about service contracts were the sharpest of the session. A quick recap of what I took away. Your operations team currently chases tenant issues across the helpdesk, the call recorder and a shared drive of contracts, and the main thing you want is one place where a regional manager can ask, for example, "which tenants raised a repeat issue before their lease came up?" and get a straight answer. I have copied Hannah, our solutions engineer, who ran the technical side. She can answer anything on how the connectors work and how the brain sits inside your own Snowflake account. One ask from me: could you tell me which two or three sources matter most for a first phase? That will let me shape the proposal around what your team would actually use in the first weeks, rather than everything at once. No rush on this, but a short reply when you have a moment would help. - Dana Whitaker 21 Oct 2025 12:35Sophie, Thanks for the recap, that's fair. Apologies for the delay, it's been a busy few days with a portfolio review. First phase, in priority order: the tenant ticket system, the lease-renewal call recordings, and the folder of service contracts. Finance data can wait. Two questions. One, how does it handle the fact that our property managers all log tickets slightly differently? Two, our IT lead will want to understand what leaves our environment, if anything. Can Hannah address that in writing? Dana
- Sophie Ling 21 Oct 2025 14:57Hi Dana, No apology needed. That order of sources makes sense and I will build the proposal around it. On the first question, the short answer is that the brain does not need your managers to log tickets consistently. It indexes the free text and the fields as they come, so a ticket described three different ways still surfaces under one question. Hannah can show you a few examples from your own sample. On the second, Hannah is best placed to answer, so I will hand over to her. She will put it in writing. Thanks, Sophie On 21 Oct 2025, at 12:35, Dana Whitaker wrote: > Two questions. - Dana Whitaker 23 Oct 2025 12:05Sophie, Hannah's note came through and our IT lead has read it. He is broadly comfortable but would like to see the brain working on a live slice of our own data before we go further, not a sample. Can we set up a second session for him and a couple of the regional managers? Please also send the proposal when it is ready. Our board will want a decision around mid-January, so I would like to be able to say where the numbers stand well before then. Thanks, Dana
