Current to 11 Oct 26After discovery, Priya Raman recommended the Growth tier at a total deal value of £62,000, with a target of 16 Jan 2026. Tyler Brooks asked for the bottom line and left detail to Dana Whitaker.
Ask: Priya recaps the problem and recommends Growth, quoting a total deal value of £62,000 and a proposal to follow. She wants the deal over the line by 16 Jan 2026 and asks Dana who else should see the demo.
Customer view: Tyler wants a yes or no on one view of tenants and renewals. He treats Dana's view that it looks promising as enough to keep moving, and does not want vendor admin.
Next: Dana confirms realistic timing and demo attendees. The £62,000 is a proposed figure, not executed paper.

- Priya Raman 22 Sep 2025 12:42Hi Dana, hi Tyler, Thank you both for the time last week. A quick recap of where we've got to, so we're all looking at the same picture. Dana described the problem well: tenant tickets, lease-renewal calls and service contracts all live in different places, and your operations team spends too much of its week stitching them together by hand. The brain would sit over those systems inside your own Snowflake account, so your people can simply ask a question and get an answer. Based on what we discussed, I think the Growth tier is the right shape for you. It covers several teams and gives you the dashboards builder, plus regular reviews with our customer success lead, Elena Novak. The total deal value comes to £62,000, and I'll send the full proposal with the breakdown across so you can see how it's built up. On timing, if we can get this over the line by 16 Jan 2026, we'd have you live well ahead of your next round of lease renewals. Happy to make this easy: a short call to walk through the proposal, then a demo on your own data so you can judge it for yourselves. Tyler, I know the detail is Dana's territory, so I'll keep you to the big decisions. Dana, could you let me know who else should see the demo? Best, Priya
- Tyler Brooks 25 Sep 2025 10:50Priya, Thanks for the recap. What's the bottom line? Will this give my operations people one view of tenants and renewals, yes or no? Dana says it looks promising, and that's good enough for me to keep this moving. I'll leave the detail to Dana. Loop in her on the proposal and the demo, and she'll tell me when I need to weigh in. I'd rather not be on the vendor admin. The timing you mentioned sounds fine in principle, but Dana will confirm what's realistic for the team. Tyler
