What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Lewis Kerr arranges a Thursday 14:00 proposal walk-through co-termed to the 4 Jan 2027 renewal. Gemma Holt asks for customer service cost per head, which Rajesh will want before deciding.
Ask: Gemma wants to know whether the proposal prices customer service as a group as well as individual licences. Lewis confirms it shows cost per head alongside the total, quoted exclusive of VAT.
Customer view: constructive. She says Rajesh does not like to decide on a call he has not prepared for.
Next: Lewis sends the PDF the same day and offers a version with licences split by team.

- Lewis Kerr 22 Sep 2026 10:04Hi Gemma, Following the conversation with you and Amara, I've pulled the proposal together and I'd like to walk you through it before it goes any further. To put a number on it, I'll show the options side by side, with the VAT position written against each one, and everything co-termed to your renewal on 4 Jan 2027 so there is a single date to manage. I've kept it to what the current usage supports, so there is nothing in there you wouldn't make use of. Could you do a call this week? Thursday afternoon or Friday morning would suit me. I'd suggest Rajesh joins, as he'll want to sign it off. Kind regards, Lewis
- Gemma Holt 22 Sep 2026 12:30Hi Lewis, Thanks, good to see it's moving. Thursday afternoon is better for me, around 14:00 if that's free for you. Friday morning is tight because of a retailer review. One question before then: does the proposal show what it would cost to add customer service as a group, and not only as individual licences? Rajesh will ask for the cost per head, so it would help if I had that to hand. I'll check with him about Thursday. He doesn't like to decide anything on a call he hasn't prepared for, so the sooner he sees it the better. Cheers, Gemma
- Lewis Kerr 22 Sep 2026 14:38Hi Gemma, Thursday at 14:00 is fine, I'll hold it. Yes, the proposal shows the cost per head alongside the total, so Rajesh will have the comparison straight away. I'll send that over today as a PDF, with the amounts quoted exclusive of VAT and the VAT shown separately, so he can read it before we speak. If he'd like anything else in it, such as a version with the licences split by team, tell me and I'll add it before Thursday. Kind regards, Lewis
