Current to 11 Oct 26Amara Obi cites rising monthly users and more questions from account managers and proposes a check-in. Gemma Holt agrees, offers next-week mornings, and puts customer service access at the top of her list.
Ask: Amara wants a thirty-minute check-in covering what good looks like, who else needs access, and the retailer review. Gemma agrees to all three.
Customer view: positive. She calls customer service access her top priority and says the brain saved her an afternoon.
Next: Gemma has already raised customer service with Olivia in support, so Amara should compare notes with her before the call.

- Amara Obi 6 Jul 2026 15:01Hi Gemma, Here's what the numbers say: the number of people using the brain each month at Harrowden is up well on last quarter, and the account managers are asking more questions than before. That's a lovely trend and I'd like us to talk about what is driving it. Let's get the next check-in in the diary. I'd like to cover three things: - what good looks like for you over the next few months - who else should have access, especially customer service - anything on the retailer review you'd like the brain to help with Could you send me two or three slots that suit you over the next couple of weeks? Thirty minutes should be plenty, and I'm happy to bring the usage charts along. Best, Amara
- Gemma Holt 6 Jul 2026 17:07Hi Amara, Brilliant, and thanks for the nudge. Happy to talk about all three. I can do Tuesday or Thursday next week, mornings are best. The week after that is tighter because of the review prep. If you can send an invite for whichever works for you, I'll accept it. On customer service: yes please, that's top of my list. I've already mentioned it to Olivia in support, so you might want to compare notes with her before we speak. I'll also try to bring a recent example of something the brain helped us with. It saved me an afternoon last week. Cheers, Gemma
