Gemma Holt asks to get customer service onto the brain and wants to talk through what it would look like and what it would cost. She reports an account manager win on a retailer complaint history.

Ask: Gemma names customer service as the main group to add, because the team keep asking her for the same answers. She asks what adding them would cost.

Customer view: Positive and commercially open. Thursday morning before 11:00 works for the call.

Next: Amara Obi to book Thursday morning and bring the cost question to the account executive.

Hi Gemma, I hope the week's going well. I'd like to get our next check-in in the diary, ideally while the numbers are looking this good. Here's what the numbers say: the number of people using the brain each day has gone up a lot since the start of the year, and the account managers are the ones driving it. I'd like to use the call to look at three things: who is asking the most questions, which connectors are loading cleanly, and who else should have access out of your forty licensed users. I'd also like to hear what you need for the next retailer review, so we can make sure the brain is ready before you need it. Could you do about an hour sometime next week? Mornings are best for me, but I can flex. Best, Amara

Hi Amara, Great timing. We had a win last week: one of the account managers pulled together the complaint history for a retailer in minutes, and it went straight into the meeting. The account managers love it. Thursday morning works for me, anytime before 11:00. Friday is no good, I'm out at the other site. On who else should have access: customer service is the big one. The team keep asking me for the same answers, and I'd rather they just asked the brain. Can we get customer service on? Would be good to talk through what that would look like and what it would cost to add them.
