Current to 11 Oct 26Gemma Holt says account managers love the brain and asks to widen it to customer service within the 40 licensed users, and what happens beyond that. Check-in set for Thursday after lunch.
Ask: Gemma wants customer service on the agenda, with a couple of examples for Kelly's team. She also asks what it would take within 40 users and what changes beyond that.
Customer view: Positive. She reports the account managers' enthusiasm is being heard informally.
Next: Amara Obi should bring a user-headroom and add-on view to the check-in, and loop in the account executive if the 40 users will be exceeded.

- Amara Obi 31 Mar 2026 12:42Hi Gemma, Here's what the numbers say: the number of people actively using the brain at Harrowden is up a good deal on last quarter, which is lovely to see. I'll paste the chart into the notes for our session so you can see who is driving it. Let's get the next check-in in the diary. Could you do Wednesday or Thursday next week? Forty minutes should be plenty. I'd like to cover what's working for the account managers, what good looks like for you this quarter, and who else should have access. If there is anything you'd like me to bring a view on, such as the customer service side, tell me now and I'll pull it together beforehand. Best, Amara Amara Obi Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
- Gemma Holt 31 Mar 2026 15:33Hi Amara, Great news on the usage, the account managers love it and I'm hearing it in the corridor too. Thursday works best for me. Any time after lunch is fine, so pick whatever suits you and send the invite over. One thing I do want to get on the agenda: can we get customer service on properly? Kelly's team has been dipping in and I think more of them would use it if we showed them a couple of examples. It would be good to know what it would take to widen that out within the 40 licensed users we already have, and what would happen if we went beyond that.
