Ask: Alice Brewer invited Kelly to an online webinar on Thursday 19 March 2026 about teams close to the retailer using the brain for accounts, complaints and orders in one place.

Customer view: There is no customer response in the thread.

Next: Alice offered to add colleagues and to send the recording. The mention of 40 licensed users hints at unused seats.

Hi Kelly, I'm writing to invite you to our next BB-Demo webinar, which is online on Thursday 19 March 2026. The story here is how teams that sit close to the retailer, such as customer service and commercial insights, use the brain to look at retailer accounts, service-level complaints and orders in one place rather than three. We'll show a few worked examples on real customer data, and there will be time at the end for questions. I thought it might suit you because Harrowden Foods bought the brain with exactly that joined-up view in mind, and your team is one of the groups we most want to hear from. You don't need to prepare anything. If you can't make the live session, I'm happy to send you the recording afterwards. Would you be happy to let me know whether you'd like a place? A one-line reply is plenty, and I'll send the joining link straight back. If anyone else on your team would find it useful, just tell me who and I'll add them. Harrowden has 40 licensed users, so there may be colleagues who haven't had much of a tour yet. Best, Alice Alice Brewer Head of Marketing, BB-Demo

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
