- Hamza Akhtar 13 Feb 2026 16:46Hi Gemma, Thanks for the time on the call earlier this week. I wanted to pin down the onboarding sessions while it's fresh, so we don't lose momentum over the next few weeks. What I'd suggest is two working sessions, each about an hour. The first is a walk-through of how your Salesforce and Zendesk data sit in the brain, so the account managers can see retailer accounts and service complaints side by side. The second is for the questions and pages you want built first for the retailer reviews. I'm free most mornings next week, and Wednesday afternoon. If you can let me know which of those suits, I'll send the invites straight away. One other thing: it would help a lot to have the person who looks after your Salesforce admin on the first session, so we can sort out access in one go rather than going back and forth by email. I know that's not always easy to arrange, so tell me if it's a problem. Thanks, Hamza Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
- Gemma Holt 16 Feb 2026 10:10Hi Hamza, Thanks for this. Wednesday afternoon works for me, say 14:00 if that's OK with you. Tuesday morning is a no, we have the weekly sales meeting. I'll ask our Salesforce admin to join the first one. He's in the Leicester office most days so should be fine. On the second session, I'd love customer service to be in the room, or at least someone from the team. That's where I'd most like them to see what the account managers are already getting out of it. I'll check with their manager and come back to you. Can we leave that one open for now?
