Logistical thread: Gemma Holt accepts Wednesday 14:00 for the first onboarding session and will bring the Salesforce admin. The second session, with customer service, is left open pending their manager.

Ask: Hamza Akhtar proposed two one-hour sessions, one on how Salesforce and Zendesk data sit in the brain and one on first pages and questions. He asked for the Salesforce admin to attend.

Customer view: Gemma agreed to the first session and wants customer service in the room for the second, to see what account managers already get from it.

Next: Gemma to check with the customer service manager and come back on the second session.

Hi Gemma, Thanks for the time on the call earlier this week. I wanted to pin down the onboarding sessions while it's fresh, so we don't lose momentum over the next few weeks. What I'd suggest is two working sessions, each about an hour. The first is a walk-through of how your Salesforce and Zendesk data sit in the brain, so the account managers can see retailer accounts and service complaints side by side. The second is for the questions and pages you want built first for the retailer reviews. I'm free most mornings next week, and Wednesday afternoon. If you can let me know which of those suits, I'll send the invites straight away. One other thing: it would help a lot to have the person who looks after your Salesforce admin on the first session, so we can sort out access in one go rather than going back and forth by email. I know that's not always easy to arrange, so tell me if it's a problem. Thanks, Hamza Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo

Hi Hamza, Thanks for this. Wednesday afternoon works for me, say 14:00 if that's OK with you. Tuesday morning is a no, we have the weekly sales meeting. I'll ask our Salesforce admin to join the first one. He's in the Leicester office most days so should be fine. On the second session, I'd love customer service to be in the room, or at least someone from the team. That's where I'd most like them to see what the account managers are already getting out of it. I'll check with their manager and come back to you. Can we leave that one open for now?
