What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After kickoff, Gemma Holt answers the admin and credential questions and asks to bring customer service in early and what extra users cost. Hamza Akhtar says they fit within the 40 licensed users but wants clean helpdesk data first.
Ask: Gemma wants customer service on sooner because their lead keeps asking and service-level complaints are what they would use it for. She also asks what it would cost to go beyond 40 users.
Customer view: engaged and quick to reply, but the order data owner and the IT admin name are still open.
Next: Hamza needs the IT admin name before requesting CRM and helpdesk access. Amara Obi can discuss extra users if Harrowden outgrows 40.

- Hamza Akhtar 8 Jan 2026 09:20Hi Gemma, Thanks for your time on the kickoff call. Here is a short recap so that we are working from the same list, with Amara copied in. What we agreed: - We start by connecting your CRM, the helpdesk and the order data, in that order. - You will tell me who should be the admins on your side. - We will begin with the account managers, then bring in customer service once the retailer views look right. What I need from you: 1. Names and email addresses for your admins. 2. Who owns the credentials for each system, so that I can ask the right person for access. 3. Your view on which retailer accounts we should use first for the demo data checks. Your licence covers 40 users, so there is plenty of room for customer service as well as the account managers. If you can get me the list by early next week, I can keep the connector work moving. Best, Hamza Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
- Gemma Holt 9 Jan 2026 12:58Hi Hamza, Thanks, that matches what I remember. Quick answers: 1. Admins: me, plus someone from IT. I will get you the name, I think it will be our systems analyst. 2. Credentials: IT owns the CRM and the helpdesk. The order data is trickier, I need to check who looks after it. Will come back to you. 3. Retailer accounts: let's start with the two biggest supermarkets, the account managers love getting answers on those first. Can we get customer service on sooner rather than later? Their lead keeps asking me about it and the service-level complaints are exactly what they would use it for. What would it cost to add anyone beyond the 40? Cheers, Gemma
- Hamza Akhtar 12 Jan 2026 11:45Hi Gemma, Thanks for the quick reply on Friday. On customer service: nothing extra to pay at this point. They fit inside the 40 licensed users, so we can add them as soon as the helpdesk connection is live and checked. I would rather switch them on once the complaint data is loading cleanly, otherwise their first impression will be a half-empty view. Amara can talk to you about extra users later if you outgrow 40. On the rest: - Thanks for the two retailers, I will use those for the first checks. - Please send the IT admin name when you have it. I need it before I can request the CRM and helpdesk access. - Let me know when you have found who looks after the order data.
