Ask: Rachel asks Rajesh Mistry to confirm whether a PO number should appear on the invoice and whether it should go to a separate accounts payable mailbox.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so the evidence does not show whether the invoice was accepted or queried.

For your records, the figures are: - Net amount: £50,000 - VAT: £10,000 - Gross amount: £60,000 The invoice is due for payment on 4 Feb 2026. Our bank details are at the foot of the invoice. Please quote the invoice number as the payment reference so that we can match it on receipt. Could you confirm the PO number your purchasing team would like shown on the invoice? If one is required and it is not on the attached copy, let me know and I will reissue it with the PO number added. Please also tell me if the invoice should go to a separate accounts payable mailbox rather than to you directly.
