Current to 11 Oct 26Amara Obi, the Customer Success Manager, asks Gemma Holt for kickoff call dates. Gemma proposes the week after the first full week of the new year, Tuesday or Thursday mornings, and names account managers then customer service as priorities.
Ask: Amara wants forty minutes to agree what good looks like for the first quarter, who is in the room and which retailer accounts matter most.
Customer view: Gemma says seeing orders and complaints side by side is the whole point. Account managers come first, then customer service.
Next: Gemma will confirm who from customer service joins.

- Amara Obi 24 Dec 2025 15:15Hi Gemma, I'm Amara, the Customer Success Manager looking after Harrowden Foods at BB-Demo. I wanted to introduce myself properly before the break, as I'll be your day-to-day contact once the kickoff is done and the brain is up and running. I'd like to get a kickoff call in the diary for the new year. Nothing heavy: forty minutes or so to agree what good looks like for the first quarter, who needs to be in the room, and what you want your commercial insights team and customer service to be able to see together. Two things that would help me prepare: - Which retailer accounts matter most to you right now? - Who else should have access from day one? If you can give me a couple of days and times that suit in the first fortnight of January, I'll work around you. Hamza, our implementation consultant, will be in touch separately about the technical side, so you'll hear from both of us. Hope you get a proper rest over Christmas. Best, Amara
- Gemma Holt 31 Dec 2025 14:18Hi Amara, Thanks for this, and sorry for the slow reply. Christmas week got away from me. Good to meet you, even if only by email so far. Kickoff in the new year works well. The first full week of January is busy for us with the retailer reviews, so the following week would be better. Tuesday or Thursday mornings are usually clear. To answer your questions: the account managers for each supermarket are the priority, as they get asked the awkward questions first. After that, can we get customer service on? They deal with the service-level complaints and the account managers never see them until it's too late, so seeing orders and complaints side by side is the whole point for us. I'll check who from customer service should join the call and let you know. Cheers, Gemma
