What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Lewis Kerr sent a Growth proposal with a total value of £62,000 plus VAT and signing pencilled for 12 Dec 2025. Gemma Holt is positive, asks what extra customer service seats would cost, and says Rajesh wants the split laid out.
Ask: the customer wants the price of adding seats for the customer service team later. Rajesh wants to see how the one-off and yearly parts split, and wants it co-termed with anything added.
Customer view: Gemma says the account managers love the idea and she thinks Rajesh is fine with the direction. She cannot promise the signing date until he has been through it.
Next: Lewis should send the split between implementation and subscription, plus the extra-user price. Gemma is due to come back early the following week.

- Lewis Kerr 13 Nov 2025 15:25Hi Gemma, Following up on our conversation, here is where we've got to on the proposal. We've scoped the Growth tier for Harrowden Foods, so that several teams are covered: commercial insights, customer service and the account managers. To put a number on it, the total value of the proposal comes to £62,000, plus VAT. That is the overall figure for the deal, not an annual subscription price, and I'll set out in the order form exactly how it splits between the implementation and the subscription so Rajesh can see it clearly. The date we have pencilled in is Friday 12 December 2025 for signing. That would let the build start soon after, and Amara Obi, who will look after the account on the customer success side, can plan the rollout around your retailer review. Two things I need from you: any changes to who should be on the first wave of users, and whether Rajesh has questions I can answer before he looks at it. I'll send the revised version over today if there is anything to change. Kind regards, Lewis
- Gemma Holt 14 Nov 2025 15:53Hi Lewis, Thanks, this is really clear. I've read it twice and shared it with Rajesh this morning. The account managers love the idea, and customer service is the team I most want on from day one. What would it cost to add more people to that team if we find we need more seats later? Rajesh will ask me that, so I'd like to have the answer ready. He'll also want to see how the split works between the one-off part and the yearly part, and he'll want it co-termed with anything else we add. I think he's fine with the direction, he just wants to see it laid out. Friday 12 December 2025 should be doable on our side, but I can't promise until he's been through it. I'll come back to you early next week once he has. Cheers, Gemma
