Current to 11 Oct 26Lewis Kerr and Gemma Holt agree a Friday 10:00 proposal walk-through. Gemma asks for clear costings for Rajesh and wants customer service covered in the session. Rajesh may not attend.
Ask: Gemma wants the walk-through with her first, so she can take it to Rajesh with her own notes. She asks for a clear cost breakdown and time on getting customer service on.
Customer view: Gemma is the working champion. Lewis describes Rajesh as the person who signs off software spend, and he has not yet engaged directly.
Next: send the invite and a line-by-line price breakdown.

- Lewis Kerr 10 Nov 2025 14:27Hi Gemma, Thanks for your time on the last call. As promised, I have the proposal ready for Harrowden Foods and I'd like to walk you through it rather than just send it over cold. It covers what you told me you want to achieve: commercial insights and customer service looking at retailer accounts, service-level complaints and orders in one place. I'd like to confirm with you what you want to buy and by when, so the timeline in the proposal matches your own. Could we find about an hour this week or early next? I can do Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. If Rajesh wants to be there, that would be sensible, as I know he signs off the software spend. If he can't make it, I'm happy to do a shorter session with him afterwards. Let me know what suits and I'll send an invite. Kind regards, Lewis Lewis Kerr Account Executive, BB-Demo
- Gemma Holt 11 Nov 2025 17:36Hi Lewis, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy day with the retailer review prep. Friday morning works for me. Anything from 09:30 is fine. Thursday is out, I'm at the other site all day. I've mentioned the proposal to Rajesh but I don't think he can do Friday. I'll check with him tomorrow and let you know. Best to do the walk-through with me first anyway, then I can take it to him with my own notes. He'll want the numbers broken down, so please make sure the cost is clear and easy to read. Can we also use some of the time to talk about getting customer service on? That's the bit I'm most keen to get right. Cheers, Gemma
- Lewis Kerr 11 Nov 2025 19:56Hi Gemma, No problem at all. Friday at 10:00 it is. I'll send the invite tonight with a video link. I'll make sure the pricing is laid out line by line, with the VAT position stated, so it's easy for Rajesh to read. And yes, we'll set aside time on customer service. I'd rather we get that part scoped properly than rush it. If Rajesh can join for the last part, brilliant. If not, I'll send the summary afterwards so he has it in writing. Speak Friday. Kind regards, Lewis
