Lewis Kerr asks for a narrow CRM and helpdesk extract to run a demo on Harrowden's own data. Gemma Holt has passed the checklist to IT, wants customer service hands-on and asks to record the session for account managers.

Ask: Lewis needs read access to a small extract showing a retailer account with its complaints and orders, and a session with Gemma, customer service and ideally Rajesh.

Customer view: Gemma is positive and cooperative. She limits the extract to a couple of retailers and wants customer service to ask their own questions.

Next: fix a Tuesday or Thursday morning slot once Rajesh's diary is checked.

Hi Gemma, I promised a demo on Harrowden's own data, so here is what I need to set it up. We would want read access to a small extract from your CRM and the helpdesk, enough to show a retailer account alongside its complaints and orders. Your IT team can keep the extract as narrow as they like, and nothing is stored outside what we agree. Our team will do the loading, and I'll send that over today in a short checklist for whoever looks after those systems. For the session itself, I'd suggest about an hour, with you, someone from customer service and ideally Rajesh for the last part, since he'll want to see the numbers. Could you let me know which days suit you next week, and who from your side should be on the invite? Kind regards, Lewis Lewis Kerr Account Executive, BB-Demo

Hi Lewis, Thanks, this is really useful. I've forwarded the checklist to a colleague in IT and asked her to keep the extract to a couple of retailers, so it's easy to follow. For the session, Tuesday or Thursday next week would suit me best, mornings if possible. Rajesh is out for part of the week, so I'll check his diary and come back to you tomorrow. Customer service will be there. Can we get them hands-on for a bit, so they can ask their own questions rather than just watch? One thing I should flag: the account managers will want to see it too once they hear about it, so if there's a way to record it, that would help. Cheers, Gemma
