Current to 11 Oct 26Lewis Kerr recaps the discovery call and quotes £62,000 for Growth, including implementation and the first year. Rajesh Mistry accepts the recap but will not commit on a call and asks for a written breakdown.
Ask: Rajesh Mistry wants three things in writing: users included in Growth and what happens if planners are added, cost per head without the implementation fee, and what usage he can see after the first quarter.
Customer view: he agrees the recap matches his understanding but is cautious on price. He will review the breakdown with Gemma Holt.
Next: Lewis Kerr's order form target is 12 Dec 2025, which he called a target, not a deadline. The evidence does not show the written breakdown being sent.

- Lewis Kerr 8 Oct 2025 14:27Hi Gemma, hi Rajesh, Thank you both for your time on the discovery call. To confirm what I took away, so you can correct me where I've got it wrong: - Commercial insights and customer service want one place to see retailer accounts, service-level complaints and orders together. - The two sites currently report separately, and a lot of the reconciling is done by hand in spreadsheets. - The aim is to have answers ready before a retailer review rather than after. On the commercial side, the shape that fits what you described is our Growth tier, which covers several teams and includes the dashboards builder and quarterly reviews. To put a number on it, the total deal value is £62,000, and that includes the one-off implementation fee as well as the first year's subscription. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. I'm working towards an order form that could be signed by 12 Dec 2025, but that is a target, not a deadline. Next step from my side is a demo on your own data, so you can judge it properly. I'll send that over as a separate note today. Kind regards, Lewis Lewis Kerr Account Executive, BB-Demo
- Rajesh Mistry 13 Oct 2025 14:28Lewis, Thank you for the summary. It matches my understanding. Before we go further I need a few things set out plainly. First, how many users the Growth tier includes and what happens if my planners are added later. Second, what the cost per head works out at once the implementation fee is taken out of the total. Third, what I will be able to see on usage after the first quarter, so I can show it is used. I would rather not commit to a figure on the basis of a call. Please send the breakdown in writing and we will review it with Gemma.
